These Terms of Service govern your use of doxiefit.com and your purchases from DoxieFit. By visiting our website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview
DoxieFit sells harnesses, leashes, collars, coats, sweaters, carriers and other accessories for dachshunds through doxiefit.com. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean DoxieFit, and "you" and "your" mean anyone who visits our website or buys from us.
2. Eligibility
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you're at least the age of majority where you live, or that you're using our website with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products, sizing and product information
We work to show product descriptions, photos, colors, materials, measurements, prices and availability accurately, but we can't guarantee that all of this information is error-free, complete or current. Colors can look different depending on your screen and lighting.
Our size charts and fit finder suggest a size based on the measurements you enter. Every dog is shaped a little differently, so please measure your dog carefully, and ask us if they're between sizes.
4. Using our products safely
Our products are accessories for dogs. Please use them with care:
- Check the fit before each use. Gear should be snug, not tight.
- Check harnesses, collars, leashes and carriers for wear before each use, and stop using any item that's damaged.
- Supervise your dog while they wear or use our products, and don't let them chew them.
- Never leave your dog unattended in a carrier or tied up by a leash.
- Follow the care label and any instructions that come with the product.
Our products aren't medical devices and aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If your dog has back, neck or joint problems, ask your vet which gear suits them.

5. Orders
When you place an order, you agree to give us accurate, current and complete billing, shipping and contact information.
We may refuse, cancel or limit any order, for example because a product is unavailable, there's an error in pricing or product information, we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, the order breaks these Terms, or because of shipping restrictions or payment issues. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you to your original payment method.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Payment must be received and authorized before we process your order.
You're responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees or other charges that apply to your purchase, unless checkout shows them as included.
7. Shipping
Our shipping policy is part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed unless we say so at checkout. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, weather, holidays or other events outside our control.
